The Remnant

Nick and Ruth live on the edge of the ocean in a whale's carcass. Their previous life - with supermarkets, air travel, croissants, and understandable problems - ended along with the whole world. They do not know if anyone survived the global catastrophe, and now, in the aftermath, they can only survive and remember the world before. There, Ruth had a best friend and beloved parents, but also a feeling of loneliness, instability, and complicated relationships with a divorced man. Has her life after the catastrophe become worse? Or, on the contrary, did the death of the old world give them and Nick a chance to truly start anew.
