Indecent Lessons of Love

Laila is the owner of a salon. Decent enough for aristocrats to visit, but indecent enough for them to do what they truly want. The salon is Laila's only source of income, so she laughs at all the customers' double entendre jokes and allows them to peek into her cleavage. She likes that she depends on no one, likes that, being the illegitimate child of an English count and his Indian mistress, she was able to become "someone". Her name is known. And every scandalous act of hers attracts new visitors.
But what will happen if Laila's ordinary life collapses? What if one day a pregnant prostitute — an acquaintance from the past who she feels guilty towards — knocks at her door? What if one day love penetrates Laila's heart and she no longer wants to endure vulgar hints from the visitors? What if one day she decides to investigate a mystery that she shouldn't have meddled in?
