Just Take My Hand

The heroes of the story "Just Take My Hand" are teenagers. They go to school, fall in love, make friends and argue, read poetry and sing, and sometimes fight. They are not perfect at all. Each of them has their... own story, feelings, and experiences. Real, like in life. The main character, Alya, is terminally ill. But she doesn't make a tragedy out of it, doesn't fall into depression, even though it's very easy to succumb to pain and fear in her condition. What is much harder is to force herself not to think about the illness, not to despair, but to live an ordinary life. Like everyone else. Sometimes, Alya feels hopeless and the future seems impossible to her, and then love comes to the rescue.
