For Drongo, a renowned expert analyst, the upcoming sea trip promised to be unforgettable – and why not: the islands of French Polynesia, exoticism, a huge comfortable ocean liner striking in its grandeur… The voyage truly turned out to be unforgettable, but for other reasons: instead of finally relaxing and enjoying the vacation, Drongo had to unravel yet another murder – a dead Russian tourist was found in one of the cabins on board the ship, one of the owners of the "Yakut Diamonds" company, Ignat Severtsov. The circle of suspects turned out to be surprisingly wide – the murdered man was not only known to the travelers from the Russian group but also to tourists from the Baltics. And then there was the murderer, clearly wishing to confuse the investigation, who slipped the key to Severtsov's cabin into the pocket of Drongo's own jacket…
