Lord James Leonidas lives in Victorian Londinium and considers himself one of those who reign over the Empire and the world. But his world is falling apart as he begins to investigate the disappearance of a famous antique dealer. Along... with the dealer, a very important item for James has gone missing. An item that could cost him his career, reputation, and even his life.
During the investigation, he uncovers terrifying secrets of his family, confronts mystical forces, and strives to unveil a conspiracy against the queen. However, the supposed conspiracy turns out to be quite different from what the self-assured lord suspected.
