Lord James Leonidas lives in Victorian Londonium and considers himself one of those who rule over the Empire and the world. As his investigation progresses, he discovers dark secrets about his family, encounters mystical forces, and strives to uncover a conspiracy against the queen. But the alleged conspiracy turns out to be completely different from what the arrogant lord suspected.
