A series of murders committed in a similar fashion — each victim has two bullet holes in their forehead — causes public unrest. In the terrifying traces of these crimes, in the way bloody splatters are scattered on the walls and surrounding objects, there is something reminiscent of the work of the famous abstract artist Jackson Pollock. While the police are unable to determine the motives and track down the killer, someone under the nickname Justice Man appears on the Internet.
