The famous expert-analyst Drongo decided to forget about his dangerous job for a while, relax, admire the beautiful landscapes of distant Portugal, and take a golf club in his hands... It didn't work out. In the hotel where he stayed, the "powerful figures of this world" decided to hold an unofficial meeting of sponsors for the construction of nuclear power plants in Europe. The summit was overshadowed by a horrifying event: the wife of one of the businessmen participating in the meeting was shot dead in her hotel room. Drongo and his former mentor, the ex-commissioner of the French police Désiré Brulet, collected evidence and identified ten suspects.
