Daily Planner (Trees)

Welcome to the world of dreams and fantasies! What do you do at night? There can be many answers to this impolite question. However, most of us will answer the same: I sleep. Sleep is one of the least studied, yet most important parts of human life and health. Our wonderful daily planner will become your friend and support in the work to improve your sleep and the accompanying discovery of yourself.
The first part of the daily planner is a questionnaire that we recommend filling out over the course of 21 days to learn to better understand your needs, problems, and desires. Make it a habit to record these entries and then continue: set your goals and plans, describe your dreams and fantasies, share your reasons for pride and outcomes. Characteristic illustrations in the style of fairy tales and adventure novels will make working with the daily planner even more interesting!
