The Bremen Town Musicians
In 1969, the animated film «The Bremen Town Musicians» was released — a musical fantasy based on the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. At that time, the whole country immediately began to sing the songs «Nothing in the World... is Better…», «Oh, the guards get up early!», «They say we are baddies…» The screenplay for this and two other sequels was written by young, talented, cheerful authors: Vasily Livanov and Yuri Entin, who also wrote all the verses, while the music was composed by Gennady Gladkov. In this book, the reader will find all three tales about the Bremen Town Musicians and all the songs written for these tales. Illustrations by contemporary artist Alsu Khalilova.
