After the death of the Almighty, the empire plunges into chaos: aristocrats are vying for power, and three of the most powerful lords bring armies of men and non-humans to the walls of the former capital. Ash continues to fall from the sky, and at night, just as before, the mist comes... Only now it sometimes appears during the day, taking the lives of those unfortunate enough to be under the open sky. If we are to believe the ancient legend, the world is still threatened by the incomprehensible Abyss, which can only be overcome by the one who finds the Source of Ascension and becomes the hero of the prophecy — the Hero of the Ages.
