House on the Marsh

December, 1962. Losing her parents, her marriage, and nearly losing herself, Mallory goes to celebrate Christmas in a mysterious mansion on the Norfolk coast. While sorting through an old attic with her daughter Franny, she finds the diaries of a girl who lived here more than thirty years ago.
July, 1930. Rosemary's quiet existence in the House on the Marsh is disturbed only by rumors of her mad mother and the mockery of her peers—until the elegant Lafferty family arrives in the village. Blinded by the beautiful Hilda and her charming brother Franklin, Rosemary does not notice the danger hiding behind their opulent masks… The blurred lines in the blood-red binding draw Mallory further into the past, and the mysterious mansion on the marsh brings two women closer together, separated by decades.
