1888. London is flooded with vampires, and England, alongside Queen Victoria, is ruled by Count Dracula himself. The Whitechapel area, whose streets are teeming with the undead, is shaken by a nightmarish terror: a serial killer calling himself Jack the... Ripper begins hunting "newborns"—recently turned bloodsuckers. When a political motive is revealed in the crimes, vampire healer Geneviève D'deon and agent of the "Diogen" club Charles Boregar take on the investigation to put an end to the merciless slaughter.
