Ilya Izhevich Lerer – a Hebrew teacher since 1991. He studied at the Herzog Institute, at Bar-Ilan University, and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as at ISAА at Moscow State University, Touro Academy, and other educational institutions....
