On one terrible night, magic awakened in Malta. Now the girl's gaze penetrates beyond the thick walls of palaces, where kings indulge in orgies, and queens weave intricate intrigues. Such a dangerous gift cannot be concealed. Malta is taken to the castle "Tower of Ashes" — a grim school with strict rules.
