In the entire history of the USA, only four federal judges have been killed. Recently, a fifth was added to this list – Raymond Fossett. The bodies of the judge and his secretary were found in a cabin by the... lake, and there were no signs of a break-in or struggle. Also, in the cabin, a wide-open, empty safe was discovered… Who killed Fossett and why? And what was kept in the safe? It seems that only one person knows the answers to these questions – a prisoner in a Maryland camp, Malcolm Bannister, a former lawyer convicted of a crime he did not commit. Bannister is willing to help the FBI agents by providing them with information. But for his help, he demands too much. Moreover, it is unclear whether he can be trusted at all…
