Irish Legends

The publication includes ten Irish myths, reworked and recorded by the original Irish writer James Stephens. In his talented presentation, these ancient legends acquire an original stylistic form and are enriched with vivid metaphors. To this day, it is interesting to get acquainted with the folklore of Ireland through these texts by Stephens. Their translation from English was done by S. Yu. Afonykin. At the end of the book, there is a biography of Stephens and a brief essay on the work of the famous British artist Arthur Rackham, whose illustrations adorn this publication.
