The Village

Vasilisa did not expect that her relationship with her son's new wife would be so tense. She does not like his daughter from the first marriage, just as she herself does not like Vasilisa, and her son has grown significantly... distant from his mother.
The village is still experiencing difficult times: people are increasingly moving to the city for a better life. Everything is stagnating, and the village needs to be revitalized. Maybe invite a guest? Let him live here for a while, perhaps he will like it. Especially if he is treated, say, like a gentleman and all the conditions of gentlemanly life are created for him.
