Human. What kind of creature is this? Who are we? Are we alone in the Universe? All we know is that, being the only intelligent species among billions of stars, humanity has not been able to come up with anything...
better than spending enormous resources on perfecting ways to exterminate its kind. For some reason, in conquering space, we have not just stopped halfway, but rather at the very beginning, despite the fact that our Solar System is waiting for us with endless riches and inexhaustible resources; we cannot take advantage of them. Analysts predict a dismal fate for humanity: overpopulation and hunger. With each passing day, there is less space on Earth, resources are running out, and it becomes harder to breathe. And what does the entire world community do to improve the situation? Nothing. States continue to fight each other for influence and profit, inciting hatred and wars. Humanity has become like a pack of dogs ready to tear each other apart for the mere scraps from the king's table. Who is this king? Why does he keep humanity in such conditions? Why doesn’t he allow us to break free into the expanses of the Universe, and why are we limited to only pathetic attempts to launch satellites into low Earth orbit? Alas, even the most modern satellites are just a collection of space debris that will sooner or later turn our planet into a prison and prevent us from leaving it. How are states organized, and who are the true rulers of men?
