This book is about how people have understood the world from the perspective of chemistry. Starting with the ancient Greeks, our ancestors wondered what the world is made of, trying to isolate the smallest particles that make up everything around us. Subsequently, people discovered atoms and were able to use them for their purposes. Unfortunately, sometimes the energy of atoms ended up in the wrong hands, leading to tragic consequences. However, scientists have managed to convince people that the main goals that can be achieved with the help of chemistry should always be peaceful.
