Newlyweds Sam Statler and Annie Potter are moving from New York to a small quiet town in the north of the state.
Annie has to spend most of her time alone while her husband, a well-known psychotherapist, works in his home office.
He doesn't know one thing — in the rooms upstairs, through the vent, you can hear everything happening in his office. The pharmacist's wife is considering divorce. The guy who is the son of a famous artist does not satisfy her in bed.
