On July 4th, after the festive fireworks for Independence Day have faded, the body of an unknown man is found at the estate of the Rockwalleys. Could someone from this wealthy and respected family in the area be involved in a horrific crime? Explore the estate inside and out and uncover the truth! Get your bearings. In the cooperative detective game Murder on Independence Day from the "Elementary!" series, players must gather all possible evidence in the case of the unidentified body found in the grove. Data from the victim's examination, witness testimonies from the estate's residents, the situation in and around the house, and even maps of the surroundings – who knows where an important clue might appear… But since there were quite a few people in the estate on that fateful evening, the main challenge is to determine which established facts are truly related to the committed crime. Share your observations, colleague! Like in other games from the "Elementary!" series, players taking on the role of detectives gather scattered information to then combine everything they have discovered and collectively build a plausible version of what happened. Each player has 2 or 3 cards (depending on the number of players) with facts, and on their turn, players have to decide which of these facts to share with the others and which to discard as irrelevant. At the same time, reading text from cards in hand is not allowed; only mentioning individual, specially marked words is permissible. The difficulties of police work.
