After a conflict with the administration, young art teacher Mok Haewon returns from bustling Seoul to the village where she spent several years in high school and where her aunt lives, and tries to rethink her life. After the vibrant... and busy city, the snowy streets seem quiet and cozy, and life feels measured and serene. In her quest to find a new self, the girl tries to repair the guesthouse owned by her relative, but it seems beyond restoration. During one of her walks, Haewon stumbles upon a bookstore. It turns out to be run by Lim Eunsop, her neighbor and classmate, who attended the same school and with whom she occasionally exchanged a few words. In trying to find their true selves, discover their paths, and heal their wounds, Haewon and Eunsop become friends… Or maybe, not just friends?
