The House of Salt and Sorrows

Once upon a time, the Duke of the Salt Islands had twelve daughters. Now only eight remain. It is said that the Favmant family is cursed and darkness takes the duke's daughters one by one. Annalise, the duke's second daughter, knows she is in danger. Disturbed by ghostly visions, she suspects that her sisters' deaths were not accidental. Every night, the girls slipped away to a luxurious enchanted ball. In precious slippers and silk gowns, they twirled in a deadly dance until dawn.

Like her sisters, Annalise is ready to give in to temptation and follow the enchanting dragon-man to the celebration. Meetings with him hold mystery and danger. Will the Daughter of Salt resist the charms of darkness?
