A girl with blue hair, tattoos on her palms, and a strange name, Kearow, has been living in our world for eighteen years. Once, she had not only a different name – Madrigal – but also another body and a different fate. The time has come to return to the ancient and cruel Eretz, where two mighty races – angels and demons, calling themselves seraphim and chimera, have been waging war against each other for millennia. The chimera people face destruction: their capital lies in ruins, and the surviving few are hunted down like beasts by the avenging angels.
