  • - legitimate interests – to implement the legitimate interests of SIA "KORS N" arising from the obligations between SIA "KORS N" and the Client, the concluded contract or the law.

• 2. The legitimate interests of SIA "KORS N" include:

  • - verifying the identity of the Client before concluding the contract;
  • - ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;
  • - saving orders for goods and services, as well as their records (e.g. verbal or written);
  • - analysis of the operation of the SIA "KORS N" website;
  • - administration of the SIA "KORS N" Client account;
  • - advertising its goods and services, sending commercial notifications;
  • - sending messages about the progress of the application and the execution of purchase agreements;
  • - preventing fraud;
  • - administering purchases, payments and orders;
  • - informing the public about its activities.

Processing of personal data

• 1. SIA "KORS N" processes the Client's data using modern technologies, taking into account existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial and technical resources.
• 2. In order to ensure high-quality and prompt fulfillment of obligations under the contract with the Client, SIA "KORS N" may authorize its partners to perform individual actions for the delivery of goods or provision of services, such as delivery of goods, leasing services, sending commercial messages, etc. When performing these tasks, SIA "KORS N" partners process the Client's personal data and are considered SIA "KORS N" data processors. SIA "KORS N" has the right to transfer the Client's personal data necessary for the performance of these actions to partners to the extent necessary for the performance of such actions. Such data processors may be:
• - IT service providers who help us protect, systematize and process personal data as well as ensure the operation and development of the website, including, without limitation, cloud service providers, software developers, etc.;

• 3. SIA "KORS N" partners (in the status of data processors) will ensure that the requirements for processing and protecting personal data are met in accordance with the concluded Data Processing Agreements and legal acts, and will not use personal data for any other purposes than fulfilling obligations under the agreement with the Client on behalf of SIA "KORS N".
• 4. SIA "KORS N" does not disclose the Client's personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
• - if the relevant third party needs to transfer the data within the framework of the concluded agreement (e.g. delivery of goods);
• - if the client has given explicit and unambiguous consent;
• - in cases stipulated by external regulations, upon a justified request of the persons provided for therein in the established manner and scope;
• - to protect the legitimate interests of SIA "KORS N" in cases provided for by external regulations.
• - we do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
• - all personal data is stored in the European Union.

• Personal data is stored for as long as:
• - the agreement concluded with the Client is valid;
• - in accordance with the established procedure, third-party regulations of SIA "KORS N" or the Client can implement their legitimate interests;
• - there is a legal obligation to store the data;
• - the Client's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for processing the data.
• - We store personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The storage periods for personal data are determined on the basis of applicable law, your consent or our legitimate interests.
• - In any case, your data will be deleted no later than one month after receiving the relevant notification if you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data. Upon expiration of the storage period for personal data, they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
