Contours are made on the basis of a water-based acrylic dispersion and are intended for creating three-dimensional drawings and relief patterns on ceramics, glass, and earthenware. They allow for the creation of additional decorative effects, drawing fine lines, and performing dot painting. Ideal for use with glass and ceramics paints "Decola," as well as stained glass paints. They are used in the stained glass painting technique to prevent the mixing of paints between individual elements and fragments of the pattern. Contours are released in tubes with a pointed nozzle, allowing for easy application of the acrylic composition directly from the tube with a smooth press on the body (no additional nozzles are required, even for drawing the thinnest lines). The thickness of the applied line is regulated by the pressure applied to the tube. The consistency of the paint and the dispensing nozzle prevent the formation of smudges during painting and allow for the creation of three-dimensional relief patterns, dots, strokes, and other elements. The contour should be applied to a degreased surface.
