Падмасамбхава. Тибетская Книга мертвых

Death in Buddhist tradition is merely a stage on the path to a new life. To achieve a favorable rebirth or to finally liberate oneself from the wheel of Samsara, the dying must know how to act after death. This is what the legendary text "Bardo Thodol" ("Liberation by Hearing") describes — a kind of guide through the states that the consciousness of the dying person goes through. In the West, this text became known as "The Tibetan Book of the Dead" and had a tremendous influence on psychologists of the 20th century — from Jung to Timothy Leary. The publication contains a new translation by the specialist in Tibetan literature Maya Malygina and numerous illustrations that will help to better understand the world of Tibetan Buddhism. Who is this book for For lovers of history and mythology.
