Where Do Emotions Live? Practical Exercises for Developing Emotional Intelligence

This book will familiarize the child with different feelings in a playful way, help them learn more about themselves, and work through negative emotions.
The main character of the book is Baby Elon — a hyper-sensitive little elephant with wings who not only sees emotions but also befriends them. Along with Baby Elon, the child will complete various tasks after which they will receive a reward — a sticker featuring the main character (which is affixed to the bottom corner of the page).
The book has four sections: 1 — getting to know oneself, 2 — getting to know emotions, 3 — managing emotions and mood, 4 — planning and achieving goals.
Author's explanations for parents will help understand which skills the child will develop through the following exercises, why this is important, and how it will be useful to them in the future. Icons will indicate how to assist the child in completing the task, if necessary.
