Oil pastels are considered educational materials, making them perfect for drawing lessons. When used, they produce a deep, rich color and beautiful texture. Oil pastels are suitable for use on almost any surface: cardboard, paper, canvas, plaster, treated wood, sculptural gypsum. The pastels have a soft, homogeneous texture, blend well, and the colors mix easily like paints. The pastels do not crumble while drawing and glide smoothly on paper. The individual paper wrapper prevents hands and pastels from getting dirty.
