To the joy of the Cutoff and his team: six orphans, runaways from... an orphanage, engage in petty thefts. One day, the Lame one steals a watch. It turns out to be unusual: if you move the hand back a little – you return to the past! But very soon, he will need this watch not for fun and pranks.
 
An amazing find triggers a terrible mechanism: people disappear, explosions thunder, innocents perish – no matter how you turn time back, tragedies cannot be avoided! Cutoff, Lame, Matchstick, Stutterer, Snot, and Crybaby must uncover a secret that threatens thousands of guests at the World Exhibition... no, not even death, but something much worse!
