The talented Tula gunsmith Lefty does the impossible — he shoes a foreign mechanical flea! The Emperor, impressed by such skill, sends Lefty to London to amaze the English with his abilities. However, despite the unconditional recognition of the Tula craftsman's talent abroad, neither Lefty nor the important weapon secrets he managed to learn were of any use back home.
