Vijnana-Bhairava-Tantra. A Guide to Self-Realization

This translation includes two works of the venerable teacher Swami Lakshmanjoo. The first work is the very 'Vijnana-Bhairava', which contains 112 methods (dharanas) of yogic meditative practice. The second work is 'Sacred Verses for Worship', which serves as a practical guide (puja) for the worship of Lord Shiva (Parabhairava). Together, both of these works serve as a complete guide and transmission of the spiritual practice of Kashmiri Shaivism, given to us by the great teacher and yogi Swami Lakshmanjoo. We dedicate this translation to our spiritual father, Swami Lakshmanjoo, to whom we owe everything.
