The Book of Lilith

«The Book of Lilith» is an impressive novel telling the story of the unsuccessful German occultist Karl Steiger. A lost Gnostic text, accidentally discovered in a used bookstore in Berlin, contains shocking revelations that turn the biblical story of Genesis upside down. It was not the God of the Old Testament who created Adam from the dust of the earth, but Lilith, the queen of hell and mistress of demons, and it was Lilith who visited Eve in the form of a wise serpent to free her from the prison of ignorance, offering the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge.
The book includes a complete Gnostic grimoire describing a powerful system of sexual magic through which Lilith can be summoned for erotic union. Sex with Lilith is capable of endowing the magician with certain occult gifts, ultimately leading to complete spiritual liberation.
