Fearless

The main characters of "Fearless" are twin sisters Sasha and Lyuba, Stasya and her loyal friend Mishka, who are in seventh and then in ninth grade. It's hard to imagine more different but truly close friends. Stasya is raised by her aunt, whom the girl lovingly adores, even though she finds her life and school to be hell; the twins have a mother and a stepfather, and they are quite a friendly family; Mishka has both a mother and a father, but a bad relationship with his father almost cost Mishka his life. Just imagine what this quartet goes through together and apart! Mishka dreams of building a plane. A real one. And he is building it.
But he also manages to get into a very complicated story. Stasya falls in love with a handsome guy who turns out to be not so simple. The twins are constantly fighting… with themselves. What unites these guys? Why did they start calling themselves fearless?
All four are active in the trilogy, but in each part one of them is the main character, while someone else is just nearby. The stories can be read separately: they are self-sufficient. But, of course, reading them one after the other is more interesting.
The writer Elena Boroda, a laureate of numerous awards, is already well known to our readers as the author of books for teenagers: "ZOOM. A Quarantine Story," "Inktober. A Month of Changes," "You Left the Route." Elena knows the world of teenagers not by hearsay: she teaches in university specialized classes.
Unusual, like chalk drawings on a blackboard, and very expressive illustrations to the stories were created by the artist Ekaterina Putilina.
