Children constantly ask adults these and many other questions. The Children's University decided to help all parents and asked the curious kids to send their most unexpected questions about the world around them. Scientists from leading universities and research centers in the country prepared answers to them. They explain complex things in a way that young students can understand. The comic diagrams and funny characters in the book were created by artist Evgeny Yakovlev (@yakovlev_evgeny). Fun pictures and simple explanations will turn learning into an exciting adventure!

The Saint Petersburg Children's University is a scientific and educational project where experts from various scientific fields develop critical thinking and allow children to feel equal to even the greatest scientists. There are no exams here, but everything else is almost real!
