The Space of Consciousness

This is a book about working with consciousness. The main focus of the proposed psychotechnics is on understanding the mechanisms of the psyche and those hidden springs that determine the dynamics of internal life and, consequently, our destiny. Awareness of the causes of deeply hidden neuroses, fear, and insecurity is the mechanism that allows us to unleash the immense potential energy with which we can transform ourselves and realize our true nature. This nature is infinite immortal Consciousness, unfolding its play in countless universes. To realize one’s identity with this consciousness means to become it, or rather, to realize that we have always been, are, and will be it. This is the meaning and purpose of all human spiritual quests. This is indeed Liberation. Liberation from the anxiety of restless thoughts, fear, and the sensation of meaninglessness of what is happening. This is the freedom to live and act with full awareness and responsibility for our actions, thoughts, and desires.
