Salt is More Precious than Gold

The king had three daughters. As he grew old, he decided to give the kingdom to the one who loves him the most. The eldest daughter said that her love for her father is more precious than gold. The middle daughter compared her love to a wedding crown. And the youngest daughter, Marushka, replied that she loves her father like salt. The king became furious. How can one love a father like salt? Salt, which no one notices! In his rage, he expelled Marushka from the castle. But one day, the palace ran out of salt, and the king realized how he was wrong.
