Part II discusses the practical side of spiritual work, introducing the concepts of "accumulated energy of consciousness" and "cup of experience." It explains how higher-order intuition is formed and how thinking is gradually transformed. It teaches the discipline of thought, inner stability, and the ability to respond appropriately to circumstances, as well as the capacity to act effectively even in unfavorable conditions. This part helps to understand cosmic laws and apply them in practice: developing willpower, maintaining calmness, seeing the causes of events, and gradually cultivating a new state of consciousness that becomes a support in life.
