«From Roots to Heaven. A Shamanic Novel» is the story of a boy named Ilkhur. The plot unfolds in ancient times among a small northern people living in the taiga near the mountains. According to the beliefs of this people, gods reside in them, and the forests are filled with spirits. The main character was born into an unusual family - his father is a shaman, and his mother is a herbalist. Ilkhur, from a young age, is fascinated by mystical events and extraordinary adventures. According to legend, he is destined to fight the main enemy of his people, Gurkhum-Su. The plot of the book is a journey of maturation and growth for Ilkhur. After going through trials, he becomes a shaman, and then he faces off against Gurkhum-Su.

What matters most to him is not external enemies, but understanding the essence of his life, the desire to understand himself and his destiny. The book is written in a light manner, the narrative is dynamic, sufficiently seasoned with humor. Lyrical scenes and deep reflections do not burden the plot but make it more complete and rich.
