A body of the crane operator Gennady is found at the construction site. Everything is attributed to an accident. But detective Alexey Nikolaev is sure: it's murder.
The problem is that there is no evidence, the murder weapon has vanished, and the circle of suspects is narrow: only five people from the construction team. Moreover, Alexey has to work with an unexpected partner - his seventeen-year-old daughter Sofia.
Each of the five suspects has their own secret. And motive.
But who among them has gone from threats to murder?
