The bright deck by Ekaterina Troshkova (Kai Yara) «Dark Cosmos» in a compact version was born while creating a tattoo sketch, when a series of images emerged from reflections on the multitude of meanings and powers contained in a minimalist... sign - powers that are, notably, unaligned.
"I do not see the images in the cards as gloomy or evil. They are neutral. They are impassive. Death, life, cosmos, stars, darkness - these are things that cannot be either evil or good; they are the most impartial constants of the Universe. And the image of a dead astronaut is viewed as the image of an eternal man who has overcome his physical and mental limitations, as a true Mag should be in his apogee. This deck features the Futhark, which gets its name from the sounds of the first six runes. Futhark is, you could say, the classical runic alphabet. Futhark is divided into three groups of eight runes (three aettir): the group of Freyja, Hagal, and Tiw. The twenty-fifth rune is outside the groups and has no graphic symbol" - writes the author.
