Operation Owls

The Willow Gang is a playful nickname for a group of children who gather every day in the square by the Garibaldi monument. It is this famous figure (or rather, its statue) that tells us the story. The children notice that their parents get angry or upset when they pass by the newsstand. The culprit is the posters with loud headlines — “owls,” which the newsvendor hangs outside every day. They scream about wars, deaths, tragedies... But the Willow Gang is ready to carry out a real revolution. Armed with a black marker and correction fluid, the children begin a large-scale campaign — Operation “Owls.”
