Tarot and psychology? What kind of connection can there be between them? On one hand — psychology, an officially recognized science that gained this status in the 19th century, with ancient roots tracing back to the times of Hippocrates, Plato, and Aristotle (300-400 BC). On the other hand — Tarot, which was officially and publicly recognized in the 19th century (coincidence?), but its unofficial history of recognition goes back to the 1st century BC, when the criteria and forms that became part of the structure of Tarot were first mentioned. It turns out that the age of origin, as well as the presence or absence of social recognition, cannot serve as an argument for accepting or rejecting a particular point of view expressed in the form of a certain concept. So what will help to understand and correctly assess the compatibility or incompatibility of Tarot and psychology?
