Babaji and the Tradition of Kriya Yoga of the 18 Siddhas

According to the data presented in the book, it seems likely that many world religions originated from the ancient tradition of siddhas, which existed on the Gondwana continent (Lemuria) adjacent to South India. Outside of India, this tradition is little known. This may be connected to the fact that its bearers—the immortal siddhas—preferred to remain "behind the scenes" in their activities. Today, this ancient tradition is known to us as Kriya Yoga (the yoga of conscious action), thanks to Babaji, who achieved physical immortality in the 2nd century A.D.

The first part of the book provides historical information about the siddhas and their tradition, describing Babaji's path to immortality and his activities in our time. The second part includes the initial exercises of Kriya Yoga, as well as information for those wishing to study it more deeply.

The author of the book studied Kriya Yoga under Babaji's disciple—yogi Ramaiyah. After eighteen years of intense practice, he received direct instructions from Babaji to teach others under his guidance. A brief biography of the author is included at the end of the book. 

The book is of particular interest to those who have decided to devote themselves to yoga, as it shows the path taken by a person who made the same decision.
