Project Anima

Project ANIMA — is a practical system of astral work, based on the real experiences of a group of researchers engaged in out-of-body experiences, observation, fixation, and synchronization of states of consciousness outside the physical body. There are no conjectures,... fantasies, or mystical descriptions here - only what can be reproduced, verified, and confirmed through experience.
The ANIMA channel is neither an image nor an idea. It is a specific sensation of pressure, noise, and the intrusion of signals that arises with a certain setup. Entry is carried out through breathing rhythms, body position, direction of attention, and repetitive actions identified during multiple sessions. Inside, projections, meetings, shifts in perception, exchange of images, and moments of synchronous experience between participants occur.
This book is neither a theory nor a guide. It is an invitation. A document recorded at the moment when the project has just begun to gain strength. There is no completion here because the protocols are still being discovered and actively worked on.
