What do you know about the paganism of the ancient Slavs? Most will name the holidays of Kupala and Maslenitsa, recall the Baptism of Rus, at best, someone will dredge up vague memories of some "Kievan pantheon of Vladimir"… But... is that all? What do you know about modern Rodnoverie? Most likely – almost nothing, and you can be glad if that "almost" is not based on deliberately biased propaganda… "The Alphabet of a Beginner Pagan" is a brief (as much as possible) overview of ancient and modern Slavic paganism in terms of its main components, allowing for a new perspective on many aspects of the faith, culture, and history of our ancestors.
