Mr. Willoughby's Christmas Tree

Christmas is around the corner, and Mr. Willoughby orders a tree for the holiday. But there is one problem: the tree is too big and doesn't fit in the living room!
But the tree can be shortened a bit! Thus begins... the real adventure of the tree top moving from hand to hand, and then from paw to paw, bringing joy to all the animals in the forest, big and small, and filling the atmosphere with the spirit of Christmas.
This classic of children's literature was first published in 1963 and has been beloved by several generations of children and adults for over 50 years.
In 1995, a Christmas show was made based on the book featuring Robert Downey Jr., Stockard Channing, Leslie Nielsen, and... Kermit the Frog from The Muppet Show as the narrator. The book is being published in Russian for the first time in a brilliant poetic translation by Yulia Simbirskaya.
