Tales of the Russian Land

The book «Tales of the Russian Land» includes the most significant literary monuments of Ancient Russia — «Teaching» of Vladimir Monomakh, «Zadonshchina», «Prayer» of Daniil the Captive, and others. Alongside them are rare works such as «Tale of the Indian Kingdom», «Legend of the City of Kitezh», «Tale of Solomon and Kitovras». «Tales of the Russian Land» was retold for children by Irina Tokmakova — a children's writer, translator, and winner of the State Prize of Russia for works for children and youth.
