«Oscar and I. Our Places» — is stories from the life of eight-year-old Ida and her five-year-old brother Oscar: about the monster hiding in the closet, and the safari in the concrete pipe, about lost vampires, about how, as we grow up, the world around us shrinks, and growing up brings not only joyful changes but also losses. And family remains a place where you are always understood and accepted.

«Oscar and I» has been awarded the main literary prize of Norway — the Brage Prize (2023), the prize in the field of children's literature Nynorsk barnelitteraturpris (2023), and the Italian Premio Letteratura Ragazzi di Cento (2025). In 2025, it was included in the international catalog of the best children's and youth books «White Ravens».
